3. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. To secure a booking, a deposit or full payment may be required. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Payments & Refunds

Prices for our services are as stated on our website or provided upon request. Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately following treatment, as applicable. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with your statutory rights.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
